I sort of dropped out...wasnt financially stable...how do I get back on track?

I started online schooling with Ashworth College last December. About six months in to it, I discover my income is starting to deplete...very steadily. I fell behind quickly and couldnt pay for anything. Now I have a minimum wage job and I want to get back to my schooling. How can I? I have no phone, and no personal computer. When I call the 800 number it always tells me I have to wait like...40 minutes or so..I need help FAST! please help
